Well to be honest I'm not entirely surprised since melexiious was kinda the most experienced one here.

Regardless, we can't get very far without the investigations of Orandulum and Navarre, so hurry up you two.

But we can at least work on the fact we know I'm unreliable.

Mel / Beese / Bowie (I feel wrong calling jimanything other than Beese) was killed last night, so he can't have been scum.

Which means my readings aren't accurate; I'm not the Sane Cop.

yeah, looking at this investigation and 'your' previous investigation, either you're the insane cop and have landed two innocents, or you're just the paranoid cop.

on this same pattern of thinking, my first call was a guilty and my second was an innocent, meaning I'm either sane or insane and have investigated the correct person in one of my turns.

Also i just realized i said that Navarre was guilty by mistake on the previous page, my investigation actually turned up innocent. i conveyed this in my list in my last post but now that i've noticed it and cant edit posts i shall make note of this now. apologies.

from this data, we can confirm that either orandulum or melexiious are naive, as the other 3 players have all gotten guilty readings.

On the flipside, we can also apply this to Navarre and TSVOR, saying that one of them is paranoid because the rest have gotten innocent readings

also, this means I am either the sane cop or insane cop, as i have recieved two seperate readings.

Ok now lets write up some scenarios shall we?

If TSVOR is scum:

ergo, this scenario is impossible

If Manlove is scum:

so unless i have miscalculated, the only two possible scum in this can be myself or Navarre. And while I'm not gonna try and sing my innocence from the rooftop, i'm not gonna vote for myself so...

But what investigations, mate?
The only person who has investigated me is Manlove. It's more than likely he's the insane cop.

To be fair, me claiming him as insane suits me. But you claiming him as sane suits you. It's two sides of the same coin.

The way I see it is this:

- Mel was likely the sane cop. He got an innocent on Orandulum, who himself has already given two inno readings. It wouldn't suit scum to be saying people are innocent necessarily, so I doubt he's got a gambit.

- So Oran is likely naive.

- Manlove is likely insane. He's got two alternating readings. I shouldn't have to explain this too extensively.

- I am more than likely paranoid. I mean, I'm self-assured in my own role, but if I'm getting a scum reading on someone who's already been killed, then obviously I'm not sane or naive.

- Navarre is the most likely scum candidate. He's been acting scummy this whole game - casting doubt on Mel's logic, alternating wildly between wanting to lynch and not lynch, jumping on Mel when he voted for himself (a hammer attempt?)

It's pretty easy. If Navarre's scum then that's good news. If he isn't, then things are easier.
